Hothfield Village Hall near Ashford, Kent is a great place for village activities, clubs and societies, fundraising events, dances, anniversary parties, meetings and wedding receptions. There is a full-sized main hall (35ft wide by 60ft long (just under 11m x 18.3m) not including the 30ft wide stage and the adjacent lounge/meeting room) with wooden flooring, a stage, separate lounge area with a dividing doorway which separates it from the main hall. A fully equipped kitchen and bar servery area opens on to the lounge area. There is an entrance lobby with toilets. Large car park adjacent with lighting.

We already have some established clubs using the hall but we do have room for more.

We also need people with a bit of time to spare, who are able to join our group of Trustees: being a Trustee will cost you nothing but your time. If you are interested in what's happening with the hall, please attend a Village Hall Committee meeting. The Hall is managed by the Hothfield Village Hall Management Committee which is a registered Charity (no 278776). The Committee meets on the first Monday evening of every month at 7pm in the Bluebells Children's Centre (old School building) except where the first Monday is a Bank Holiday when new dates will be published. Everyone welcome to attend our committee meetings and we look forward to seeing you! See the minutes of meetings.

Hothfield Village Hall Prices [From November 2011]
Village	£7.50 per hour
Outside Village	£10.00 per hour
All Day Hire - Village	£175.00 £175.00 deposit required.
All Day Hire - Outside Village	£250.00 £250.00 deposit required.
Children's Birthday	£35.00 first 4 hours, then at hourly rate. £25.00 deposit required.
To make a booking, please telephone 01233 610455 NOTE: (1) If hirers have a bar this will incur £50 extra hire charge (NOTE: Bar to be hired-in by hirer). (2) Many Hirers of the Hall are leaving tables and chairs strewn about the hall after they have finished their Period of Hire. It is a Condition of Hire that the tables and chairs are put back after being used by a Hirer. Failure to comply with this Condition will result in a charge being taken from the deposit of the Hirer.
