An Apology for Absence was received from Mr Pitt due to a business

4. PLAY AREA – ROSPA REPORT
The ROSPA report has been received and there are various items which
need attention.
Mr Fletcher said he would look at the bolts which need urgent attention
and after discussion, it was agreed that Mr Collins should contact
the gentleman who undertakes the repairs to the Village Hall to
see if he would be able to action the other medium and low risk
repairs. We need to confirm whether of not he is insured to do this
work. As it is estimated that the repairs will be less than £100
only one quote will be needed.
