MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC: There were 2 Members of the Public present.
1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE There were no Apologies for Absence.
2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST There were no Declarations of Interest i) Updating of Declarations of Interest for the Code of Conduct Councillors are reminded that they should update their Declarations of Interest with the Monitoring Officer if necessary. 3. PUBLIC INTERVAL The meeting was opened to Members of the Public from 7.05 – 7.15 for questions and comment.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Minutes 101 were accepted and it was unanimously agreed that Mr Krause should sign them as a true record of the meeting.

5. MATTERS FOR REPORT ARISING FROM THE PREVIOUS MINUTES The notice board has been erected. The Clerk will order a spare set of keys. Members of the community will be permitted to publish notices on the board provided there is room, but Parish Council notices will take priority at all times.
The Clerk was asked to write to Mr Miles and thank him for making the header.
The Clerk was asked to contact Mrs Parker of the Bluebell Centre and suggest that a meeting be arranged between herself, Mrs Turner and Mr Patel to discuss funding for activities for Hothfield children aged from 6 – 11 years.
6. RISK ASSESSMENTS Mr Parker reported that he had given the Village Hall Committee a copy of the Risk Assessment.

Email Correspondence Mr Krause did not bring any emails to the attention of councillors. Use of the Bluebell Centre for Parish Council Meetings Following receipt of an email from the Bluebell Centre, in which they informed councillors that they have been reviewing the use of the Children Centre by any services not directly linked to children and that these organisations would have to pay for usage from January 2012, councillors agreed to look for an alternative venue for Parish Council meetings.
Storage of Parish Council Documents It was agreed to move the Parish Council’s filing cabinet back to the Village Hall. The Clerk will liaise with the Bluebell Centre and Mr Howard regarding this.
Report on Youth Project by Mrs Sutcliffe Mrs Sutcliffe presented a report on the first year of the Youth Project. Please see attached. 8. FINANCE Accounts to be paid at this meeting
Resolution: Councillors unanimously agreed to pay the above accounts.

Budget 2011-2012 Mr Krause, Mrs Sutcliffe and Mrs Parker will meet to prepare a draft budget to be discussed at the next meeting. Mr Krause will email Mrs Sutcliffe and Mr Parker to arrange a date.
9. PLANNING Please see attached list.
10. FORUM FOR EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION BETWEEEN COUNCILLORS Mr Krause reported that Councillor Richard King has agreed to fund a zebra crossing on School Road. We hope it will be in place by April 2012. Our ABC Councillor and the Deputy Leader of ABC are discussing plans for the triangle between Station Road and Cade Road. Their plans include demolishing the toilets and redeveloping the area with housing.
The Clerk was asked to report the verges along Bear Lane to KHS and to ask them to cut the hedge opposite the entrance to the golf club car park. The parking on the corner of Park Drive and The Street is becoming more and more dangerous. Mr Krause will raise this issue with Councillor King.
There being no further business the meeting closed at 8.55 pm.
